The regions listed on the products page, which is read from the servers we actually run rather than from a sentence somebody typed. If you need a country that is not on the list yet, ask — a location on request is part of the offer, not an exception to it.
Setup, updates, backups, monitoring and support are in the price. There is no server for you to administer: if something needs patching, that is our Sunday, not yours.
Mail and the file cloud are sold in sizes, and every size is listed on the products page. Container storage is priced by the gigabyte, at a rate that depends on the kind of disk. Nothing appears on a bill that is not on that page, and changing size takes effect the day you change it.
By the size of the account. The sizes and what each costs are listed on the products page, and you can move between them whenever you like — the change takes effect that day rather than at the end of a term.
Per profile, and a profile is one device: a laptop, a phone and a tablet come to three. The rate is on the products page. Profiles can be added or removed at any time, and the exit region is yours to pick.
Yes. de.asen.zone and tr.asen.zone are open homeservers with no charge and no account at a third party in the way. They federate with the rest of the Matrix network, so you can talk to anyone on any other server.
Yes. A hosting plan includes one domain, and an existing one can be transferred or simply pointed at us instead. Either way we set up the mail records for you.
At €100.00 per hour, for the hours actually worked. You get an estimate before anything starts, and you hear from us before it is exceeded — there is no invoice that arrives as a surprise.
Yes. Everything runs on open software — Nextcloud, Matrix, standard mail protocols, containers with documented configuration. Taking your data with you is provided for, not obstructed.
